The Leaf-Peepers, the Knitter, and Me

 

Today’s musical day is in celebration of life’s colors, particularly autumn colors. The phrase above is based, very loosely, on a line from “The Rainbow Connection” as sung by Kermit the Frog from the Muppets. Findit here:

I’ve been thinking about the beauty of the Earth because I’ve been puttering around with a couple of Marisburg Connections, Marisburg Chronicles 6, which is a collection of four short stories. Three of the couples featured have their own, longer novellas, but Trent and Erik are a brand new couple that need their own tale.

Erik is visually impaired, and I can imagine that if he’s rarely seen leaves change color, doing so would be a rare and wondrous gift for him. Check out his short story here
